Ministry of National Defense Corporation 36 is one of the leading construction enterprises of the Army today, established under Decision No. 3036 QD-BQP dated August 23, 2011 of the Minister of National Defense on the basis of conversion from Construction Investment and Trade 36 Single-member Limited Liability Company (predecessor is Construction Enterprise 36 established in April 1996).
Formerly known as Construction Enterprise 36, established under Decision No. 400/QD-BQP dated April 4, 1996
In August 2000, Construction Enterprise 36 was transferred to Construction Company 386 of Thanh An Corporation
March 9, 2006: The Ministry of National Defense issued Decision No. 39/2006/QD-BQP on the establishment of State-owned Construction Investment and Trading Company Limited 36, the first LLC model in the Army
July 21, 2008: The Ministry of National Defense issued Decision No. 109/QD-BQP on merging Construction Company 56 into State-owned Construction Investment and Trading Company Limited 36
August 23, 2011: Ministry of National Defense issued Decision No. 3036/QD-BQP on the establishment of TCT 36 operating in the form of Parent Company and Subsidiary Company on the basis of reorganization of 36 Construction Investment and Trading Company Limited
September 15, 2016: The State Securities Commission approved 36 Joint Stock Corporation as a Public Company.
December 26, 2016, first transaction on UPCoM with reference price of 10,500 VND/share.
