Foundation history:
- Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Tam Hiep Wood Processing Facility, founded by Mr. Le Ba, was established on May 19, 1991 with an initial capital of 105 million VND and 60 workers.
- By June 1993, Tam Hiep Wood Processing Facility had developed into Duc Thanh Wood Processing Company Limited with a registered capital of 2,025 billion VND and more than 130 workers with Mr. Le Ba as Director.
- On August 8, 2000, Duc Thanh Wood Processing Co., Ltd. changed its company type and became Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 4103000126 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City with a charter capital of 5.05 billion. Dong and 20 shareholders with Ms. Le Hai Lieu as Director.
- In 2002, the Company conducted two increases in charter capital to 15,050 billion VND on July 1, 2002 and 2 5,050 billion VND on July 1, 2002. December 9, 2002.
- On July 30, 2004, the Company's shareholders decided to increase its charter capital to 40,050 billion VND to invest in more modern machinery, equipment and raw material reserves...
- On March 3, 2005, the Company decided to increase its charter capital to 49,536 billion VND to expand the factory scale.
- On April 17, 2007, the Company decided to increase its charter capital to 71,466,900,000 VND to supplement working capital.
- On December 3, 2008, the Company completed increasing its charter capital to 74,100,900,000 VND.
- On January 9, 2009, the Company increased its charter capital to 103,723,650,000 VND.
- On November 17, 2009, the Company officially listed its GDT shares on the HOSE stock exchange
- May 19, 2011, Duc Thanh Wood Company held a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the saint's founding.
- Date November 21, 2012. PENM Fund, managed by Bankinvest, after 5 years of investing in GDT, has now fully divested as planned.
- In December 2012, purchased nearly 8000 m2 of land to expand the factory in Tan Uyen, Binh Duong.
- In September 2013, Elite Fund (Finland) officially invested in GDT, currently holding 837,360 shares and becoming a major shareholder of GDT.
- Manufacturing civil carpentry, broomsticks, flagsticks, joinery, household wooden furniture;
- Forest product processing;
- Growing rubber trees and other timber trees;
- Production and sale of wooden children's toys (except wood processing, do not trade in toys that are harmful to character education, children's health or affect social order and safety);
