- Giai Phong Automobile Joint Stock Company (formerly Ha Giang Electrical and Mechanical Joint Stock Company - EMC) belongs to the Long Giang Company group, established in October 2001, is the investor of Giai Phong automobile factory.
- Giai Phong Automobile Factory was built on an area of 50,000 square meters with an initial capital of 45 billion VND, located on Highway 2, connecting the capital Hanoi and Thanh Thuy national border gate. Since its establishment, HA GIANG EMC and Giai Phong Automobile Factory have mainly produced and distributed products such as light trucks, specialized vehicles and passenger cars.
