Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- On May 18, 1966, the Hanoi Inner City Road and Bridge Repair Company was established, formerly the Inner City Road and Bridge Repair Team under Decision No. 1239/TCCQ of the Hanoi City Administrative Committee.
- On March 24, 1993, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 1195/QĐUB allowing the establishment of a state-owned enterprise: Hanoi Traffic Works Company III under the Hanoi Department of Transport and Public Works.
- On July 26, 2005, the Hanoi People's Committee issued a decision to convert Hanoi Traffic Works Company III under the Hanoi Department of Transport and Public Works into Hanoi Traffic Works State Limited Company. Hanoi Traffic Construction State Company Limited operates under Business Registration Certificate No. 0104000218 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on August 19, 2005 with a charter capital of 30,000,000,000 VND.
- On June 29, 2011, the People's Committee of Hanoi issued a Decision to change the name of Hanoi Traffic Works State Limited Company to Hanoi Traffic Works One Member Limited Company, operating under Business Registration Certificate No. 0100105292 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on March 20, 2012 with a charter capital of 50,000,000,000 VND.
- On May 27, 2014, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 2843/QD-UB allowing Hanoi Traffic Construction Company Limited to implement equitization.
- On June 16, 2015, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 2731/QD-UBND on approving the enterprise value and equitization plan of Hanoi Traffic Construction Company Limited.
- On August 28, 2015, the Company successfully held its first share auction at the Hanoi Stock Exchange with the number of shares successfully auctioned was 2,301,000 shares, the average successful auction price was 16,431 VND/share, the highest successful auction price was 19,000 VND/share, the lowest successful auction price was 15,000 VND/share.
- On January 11, 2016, the People's Committee of Hanoi City issued a Decision to change the name of Hanoi Traffic Construction Company Limited to Hanoi Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company. On February 24, 2016, Hanoi Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company officially operated as a Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0100105292, changed for the 6th time on February 24, 2016 with charter capital after equitization of 115,000,000,000 VND.
- On August 23, 2018, the State Securities Commission issued Document No. 5278/UBCK-GSĐC approving the Company's public company registration dossier according to the provisions of the Securities Law. The company was officially recognized as a public company from August 23, 2018.
- Vietnam Securities Depository Center issued Securities Registration Certificate No. 68/2020/GCNCP-VSD dated November 18, 2020 and issued stock code to Hanoi Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company with the first registered number of securities of 11,500,000 shares.
