Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- On September 23, 2010, Khang Minh Brick Joint Stock Company was officially granted a Business Registration Certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Nam province with a registered charter capital of 21,000,000,000 VND;
- In March 2011, the first production line officially went into operation. Immediately after the trial run, the company continued to invest in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th production lines from 2012 to 2015.
- In November 2013, Khang Minh Brick successfully tested a set of bricks with 3-4 wall holes, effectively applied in the construction of high-rise housing. 3-4 brick wall walls are thinner, the masonry structure is solid, soundproof, and good heat insulation. Building thin walls reduces construction costs, increases the clear area of the apartment, and directly helps investors increase the commercial value of the whole project.
- In 2016, the company continued to invest in the 5th and 6th lines, making Khang Minh Brick Factory the factory with the largest cement aggregate unburnt brick production capacity in the country, with a total capacity of 195 million standard bricks/year;
