- Enteco Vietnam Joint Stock Company was established on October 10, 2011 under Business Registration Certificate No. 0105558271 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment with an initial charter capital of 2 billion VND held by 3 founding shareholders.
- Although the Company was founded in 2011, most of the leaders as well as department heads have worked together in the construction foundation industry since 2003 until now.
- To increase the scale of the business and meet enough capital for production and business needs, from 2013 to 2018, the Company successfully increased its charter capital 3 times in the form of issuing shares to existing shareholders in cash, increasing the Company's charter capital from 2 billion VND to 60 billion VND.
- On June 23, 2020, the Company officially became a public company according to Official Dispatch No. 4048/UBCK-GSĐC dated June 23, 2020 of the State Securities Commission.
