Establishment History:

• The predecessor of My Xuan Construction Ceramic Tile Joint Stock Company was the Construction Ceramic Tile Enterprise under Mineral Development Company 6, established on the basis of Decision No. 1149/QD/TCCBD today October 30, 1995 of the Ministry of Industry allowed Mineral Development Company 6 to establish a Construction Ceramic Brick and Tile Enterprise. Decision No. 315/QD dated October 20, 1995 of Mineral Development Company 6. Implementing the equitization program of state-owned enterprises, on October 17, 2003, the Ministry of Industry issued Decision No. 168/2003/QD-BCN converting the Construction Ceramic Brick and Tile Enterprise into My Xuan Construction Ceramic Brick and Tile Joint Stock Company.
• On January 1, 2004, My Xuan Construction Ceramic Tile Joint Stock Company officially went into operation under Business Registration Certificate No. 4903000078 dated December 18, 2003 of the Department of Planning and Investment of Ba Ria Province - Vung Tau level.
• In 2005, the company expanded production by investing in 02 production lines of colored cement tiles with a capacity of 2000,000 tiles/year.
• In 2007, it was decided to invest in a clay brick and tile production line with a capacity of 25 million bricks/year, increasing the company's total capacity to 62 million bricks and tiles/year.
• In 2010, expanded business scale by contributing 15% of charter capital to Dai Huu Tien Giang Investment and Trading Co., Ltd. to build high-class brick and tile houses to add decorative products to the business strategy of My Construction Ceramic Tile Joint Stock Company. Spring.
