- Dong Nai Brick and Tile Joint Stock Company - TUILDONAI, formerly known as Dong Nai Brick and Tile Factory, is a leading company in the production of high quality fired clay bricks and tiles, trusted by customers and has a long and stable process of formation and development from 1940 to the present.
- In 1952, Dong Nai Tile Joint Stock Company had only one workshop located in Tan Van commune, City. Bien Hoa, Dong Nai province is now Dong Nai Brick and Tile Factory 1.
- In 1968, the company invested in developing an additional workshop located in Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1, now Dong Nai Brick and Tile Factory 2. The company specializes in manufacturing and trading construction material products such as: fired clay bricks and tiles, refractory bricks, fine art ceramics,... with the largest scale in the South.
- After April 30, 1975, the private owner donated the entire property to the State under the name Dong Nai Tile Factory, headquartered at 119 Dien Bien Phu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, City. Ho Chi Minh City (Old address: 119 Phan Thanh Gian, Saigon) includes two workshops located in Dong Nai province, assigned to Construction Materials Company No. 1 - Ministry of Construction for management.
- In March 1995, Dong Nai Brick and Tile Factory was transformed into Dong Nai Brick and Tile Company according to Decision No. 199/BXD-TCLD dated March 27, 1995 with the foreign transaction name TUILDONAI, including 2 members who were 2 old workshops upgraded to Enterprise 1 (Tan Van) and Enterprise 2 (Bien Hoa Industrial Park). 1).
- In August 1995, the Ministry of Construction decided to merge Vinablock Enterprise, a member unit of Construction Materials Corporation No. 1, located in An Binh ward, City. Bien Hoa, Dong Nai province; Located in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, it is an independent, state-owned enterprise, specializing in producing granito bricks and block bricks, becoming Factory 3 of the Company.
- In December 2005, the Company changed its form of operation to a Joint Stock Company and officially operated in the form of a Joint Stock Company from March 21, 2006 with a charter capital of 30 billion VND.
- Currently, the Company operates under Business Registration Certificate No. 0300397028 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City, first registered on March 21, 2006, registered for the third change on March 22, 2011 with a charter capital of 60 billion VND.
