Foundation history:
- Hanoi - Hai Duong Beer Joint Stock Company was formerly a noodle, food and food processing enterprise established and operating since 1972;
- By 1992, the Company switched to producing and trading beer and soft drinks according to Decision No. 904/QD-UB dated October 30, 1992;
- The company changed its name to Hai Duong Beer - Beverage Company according to Decision No.
- In 2003, the Company transformed into a Joint Stock Company with State capital accounting for 55% of charter capital with the Joint Stock Company's charter capital being 13,400,000,000 VND;
- April 1, 2003: The company increased its charter capital from 13,400,000,000 VND to 23,400,000,000 VND;
- In 2004, the Company became a subsidiary of Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Joint Stock Corporation (Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation purchased the capital managed by the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee);
- On December 19, 2006, the Company increased its charter capital from 23,400,000,000 VND to
