- Hanoi Food Company Limited, formerly known as Hanoi Food Company, was established on July 10, 1957;
- On August 23, 2004, Hanoi People's Committee issued a Decision on converting Hanoi Food Company into Hanoi Food One-Member State Limited Company;
- On November 19, 2012, Hanoi People's Committee issued a Decision on converting Hanoi Food One-Member State Limited Company into Hanoi Food One-Member LLC;
- On April 18, 2014, Hanoi People's Committee issued a Decision on the establishment of the Equitization Steering Committee of One Member Limited Liability Company Hanoi Food under Hanoi Trading Corporation;
- On November 13, 2014, Hanoi People's Committee issued a Decision on approving the enterprise value and equitization plan of One Member LLC Hanoi Food under the General Trading Corporation Hanoi;
- On January 9, 2015, successfully organized the initial public share auction at the Hanoi Stock Exchange;
- On April 27, 2015, successfully organized the General Meeting of Shareholders to establish Hanoi Food Joint Stock Company;
- On June 1, 2015, Hanoi People's Committee issued a Decision on transferring One Member LLC Hanoi Food belongs to Hanoi Trading Corporation and becomes a Joint Stock Company;
- The company officially transformed into Hanoi Food Joint Stock Company according to Business Certificate No. 0100106803 issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment for the 12th time on May 28, 2015 with a charter capital of 145,000,000,000 VND;
- On September 9, 2015, the State Securities Commission issued an official dispatch approving the public company registration application of Hanoi Food Joint Stock Company;
- On May 16, 2017, the Company was granted a Securities Registration Certificate by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with a total number of registered shares of 14,500,000 shares.
