Establishment History:
In May 2009, the Company built the first container terminal.
- Year 2009: Hai An Transport and Loading Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Hai An Transport and Loading Company Limited, was established on May 8, 2009 according to the first Business Registration Certificate and tax code 0103818809 issued by the City Department of Planning and Investment. Hanoi granted charter capital of 150,000,000,000 VND. Hai An Transport and Loading Company Limited was formed on the basis of capital contribution from four units including Marine Supply and Technical Services Joint Stock Company, Hanoi Maritime Joint Stock Company (formerly known as MHC Joint Stock Company), Hai An Shipbuilding and Repair Joint Stock Company (formerly known as Hai An Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company) and Hai Minh Joint Stock Company.
- In August 2010, the Company installed the first 45-ton specialized crane at the wharf. In October, established a 100% owned subsidiary - Hai An Port Company Limited. After 20 months of construction, Hai An Port completed phase 1. On October 7, 2010, the Company increased its Charter Capital to 187.5 billion VND according to the 5th change in Business Registration Certificate with additional capital contributions from 3 companies.
- On September 19, 2011, the Company officially transformed into a joint stock company and changed its name to Hai An Transport and Loading Joint Stock Company according to the 6th Business Registration Certificate.
- Year 2012: On March 1, 2012, the Company's subsidiary, Hai An Port Company Limited, contributed 50% of capital to establish Hai An Agent and Logistics Company Limited (HAAL) with Business Registration Certificate and tax code number 0201244461. On April 13, 2012, the Company received the merger of Hai An Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company and increased its charter capital to 231.96 billion VND according to the 7th change in Business Registration Certificate. On April 28, 2012, the ship "MV Pacific Grace" of Pendulum Express Lines Pte with a tonnage of 836TEU docked. On August 14, 2012, the Company's subsidiary, Hai An Port Company Limited, contributed 20% of capital to establish Maritime Services Joint Stock Company (HAS), later renamed Hai An General Services Joint Stock Company (HAGS) with Business Registration Certificate and tax code 0201275526.
- In April 2013, the Company received ISO 9001 - 2008 certification. On September 1, 2013, the Company began providing domestic container transportation services on the Hai Phong - Ho Chi Minh - Hai Phong route.
- On June 11, 2014, the Company held a ship reception ceremony and announced the domestic container shipping route with a train schedule of 03 times/week. On July 25, 2014, the Company submitted the application to register as a public company and was approved by the Commission to become a public company according to Official Dispatch No. 4886/UBCK-QLPH dated August 29, 2014. On October 20, 2014, the Company received the second container ship MV "Haian Song" with a tonnage of 1,121 TEU in Singapore and put the ship into operation on the Ho Chi Minh/Hai Phong route from the end of October 2014. On December 22, 2014, the Company established a Branch in Ho Chi Minh City at 217 Nguyen Van Thu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Year 2015: On January 21, 2015, the Company was approved by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange to list shares according to Decision No. 15/QD-SGDHCM. On March 11, 2015, shares of Hai An Transport and Loading Joint Stock Company were officially traded at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. In September 2015, the Company continued to invest in the third container ship, the ship named "HAIAN TIME" and was received by the Company in THAILAND on September 29, 2015. This is a specialized container ship built in Japan in 2001, imported registration, carrying capacity of 1,032 Teus, tonnage of 18,055 DWT with draft of 9,050m, maximum speed. 21 knots. The ship was put into operation for the first time on the Ho Chi Minh - Hai Phong route on October 5, 2015. In November 2015, established a subsidiary with 50.5% capital - Hai An Container Transport Company Limited (HACT), with Business Registration Certificate and tax code 0201655535.
- Year 2016: On May 22, 2016, Hai An Transport and Loading Joint Stock Company opened "Hai An Vung Tau" Branch in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
