Establishment History:

Hai Phong Paper Company, formerly known as Dong Tien Paperboard Enterprise, was established on September 14, 1960.
In December 1986, the enterprise changed its name to Hai Phong Paper Factory
In December 1992, the factory changed its name to Hai Phong Paper Company HAPACO.
>In early 1998, Hai Phong Paper Company separated 3 production workshops to equitize a division into Hai Au Joint Stock Company (HASCO).
>In September 1999, HASCO's charter capital increased 3 times, paying dividends to shareholders worth 100% of the share capital. With the above results, Hai Phong City People's Committee decided to equitize the rest of the company
On October 28, 1999, Hai Phong Paper Company officially merged into Hai Au Joint Stock Company, changing its name to Hai Phong Paper Joint Stock Company HAPACO.
In August 2000, the company was one of the first four joint stock companies to list shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. Ho Chi Minh.
>On April 7, 2006, during the company's annual general meeting, the general meeting of shareholders agreed to change the company's name from Hai Phong Paper Joint Stock Company to HAPACO Joint Stock Company.
The company began listing with the stock code HAP on August 4, 2000 on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange. Independent audit: Vietnamese auditing company (VACO) and auditing and accounting financial consulting company (AASC).
In 2009, to meet the scale of development in both width and depth, the company switched to operating under a corporate model with the name HAPACO Group including 14 member companies and 3 affiliated companies. Accordingly, all direct production and business activities will be responsible for each member unit in the Group, with the Group's leadership taking on the role of supervising and regulating sources for the development of all members.
In 2011, in order to focus resources, develop the brand, and expand production, business and investment activities, HAPACO Group restructured the Group, issued additional shares to merge two subsidiaries, HAPACO Hai Au and HAPACO Yen Son, into HAPACO Group.
In 2012, in order to meet the market's demand for Tissue paper, the Group invested in 02 more Tissue paper production lines at HAPACO HPP Joint Stock Company that have all the necessary conditions for installation and have been put into production.
In 2013, the Group acquired the Export Paper Production Enterprise of Viet Hung Forestry Company Limited, a state-owned enterprise in Yen Bai province, to increase the Group's export paper output by 10%. Hospital Project, the Group signed a cooperation agreement with a Korean partner to manage Green International Hospital.
October 10, 2014, The Group put the Green International Hospital project into operation on schedule with a total investment of 447 billion VND as a welcome project 85 year of establishment
Year 2015 , Kraft Paper Production Line Improvement Group of Co., Ltd.
