Establishment History:
- Hanoi Beer Trading Joint Stock Company is a subsidiary of Hanoi Beer Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Corporation, responsible for distributing all Hanoi Draft Beer products produced at 183 Hoang Hoa Tham, Ba Dinh, Hanoi according to the Corporation's general business strategy. Habeco Trading was established under the Resolution of the General Meeting of Founding Shareholders No. 01/2006/NQDHĐCD dated December 5, 2006 and Business Registration Certificate No. 0103014976 of the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment with a total initial charter capital of 31,230,000,000 VND, officially operating from January 1, 2006. 2007.
- 2007 was the first year the Company officially went into operation, with the Company's Director and supporting apparatus closely following the business management, implementing policies to improve sales and goods delivery. The company ensures growth in financial targets and has active activities in developing the Hanoi Bia Hoi brand.
- In 2007, the Company invested 25% of charter capital to establish Hanoi Hung Yen 89 Beer Trading Joint Stock Company and completed installation of the production line in June 2008.
- Habeco Trading has received an Investment License at Habeco Trading 33 Commercial Center, Thach That Quoc Oai Industrial Park (former Ha Tay), which started construction in July 2008 and officially went into operation in August 2009.
- In 2010, Habeco Trading's revenue and income reached 330 billion VND, equal to 106% compared to 2009, profit after tax reached 14.2 billion VND, reaching 58% of charter capital in conditions of fierce competition, price fluctuations and the impact of inflation.
- On October 29, 2010, shares of Hanoi Beer Trading Joint Stock Company were officially listed and traded at the Hanoi Stock Exchange with the stock code HAT
- From 2011-2015, Habeco Trading has continued to improve logistics, improve service quality and implement market policies to bring consumers the best products.
