- In 1997: Hoa Binh deployed the construction of the ISO 9000 Quality Management System and applied Total Quality Management (TQM).
- Year 2000: Hoa Binh Construction Office was converted into Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Trading Joint Stock Company.
- 2001: Hoa Binh became one of the first construction companies to receive ISO 9001:2000 Certificate.
- In 2003: Main contractor of the central area and hotel block of the most luxurious resort project in Vietnam - The Nam Hai Resort at that time.
- Year 2004: Main contractor for large-scale projects of Phu My Hung new urban area. Up to now, it can be said that Hoa Binh is the contractor participating in the construction of 50% of the projects of Phu My Hung urban area.
- 2006: Hoa Binh was the first general construction contractor in the South listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) with stock code HBC.
- 2011: The year that marked Hoa Binh's development into foreign markets with the Le Yuan project in Malaysia.
- 2012: Celebrating the 25th anniversary of its establishment, Hoa Binh was honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medal and awarded the National Brand logo for the 3rd time.
- 2014: Hoa Binh is the general contractor for the Saigon Center project with the deepest basement in Vietnam (28m). This is also an international bidding project where a domestic contractor won the bid, and while the lower floor has been put into operation, the upper floors are still under construction. This project has demonstrated Hoa Binh's capacity as a general contractor for international projects.
- 2015: Topping out of the GEMS apartment project in Yangon - Myanmar, marking Hoa Binh's first project in Myanmar and the first project of a Vietnamese construction contractor providing construction management services in the Myanmar market. This is also the pivotal year of the 10-year development plan (2015 - 2024).
- 2017: Celebrating the 30th anniversary of its establishment, Hoa Binh was honored to receive the Second Class Labor Medal and officially changed its name to Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company.
- 2019: Signed strategic cooperation with Hyundai Elevator (Korea) through Hyundai Elevator purchasing 25 million HBC shares, worth 575 billion VND, officially becoming a strategic shareholder of Hoa Binh.
- 2020: "Generation transfer ceremony - Golden page of history" marks the transition from the founding generation to the second generation of leaders. General Director Le Viet Hieu took on the role of business executive.
