- Habeco - Hai Phong Joint Stock Company was established under Decision No. 227/BBHABECO dated August 4, 2007 of Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation and operates under business registration license No. 0200761964 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment. Hai Phong city issued the first registration on September 24, 2007 with an initial charter capital of 90,000,000,000 VND. The business registration certificate was changed for the first time on April 26, 2013 with an increase in charter capital to 160,000,000,000 VND.
- On December 21, 2009, HABECO - Hai Phong Joint Stock Company, as the investor of the project "Investment and construction of Hanoi Brewery in Hai Phong with a capacity of 25 million liters/year (phase 1), expansion of 50 million liters/year (phase 2)" officially held a groundbreaking ceremony to build Hanoi Brewery in Truong Son town, An Lao District, Hai Phong City.
- With the direction of the People's Committee of Hai Phong city and the determination of the Board of Directors of Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation, the Hanoi Brewery Construction Investment Project in Hai Phong has gone through a period of construction and installation of machinery and equipment lines. By May 2011, HABECO - Hai Phong Joint Stock Company produced the first bottles of beer bearing the Hanoi beer brand on the land of Truong Son - An Lao - Hai Phong and officially went into production and business activities.
