Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Hanoi Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 is a class I enterprise under Hanoi Construction Company - formerly known as Hanoi Architectural Company, established on August 5, 1958 according to Decision No. 117/QD-BKT of the Ministry of Architecture.
- In 1960, the Company was renamed by the Ministry of Construction to South Hanoi Architectural Company. In 1977, it was changed to Construction Company No. 1 and in 1982, Hanoi Construction Company was established. Construction Company No. 1 became a member unit of Hanoi Construction Company and was established under Decision No. 141A/BXD-TCLD dated March 16, 1993 of the Minister of Construction.
- In 2005, based on the characteristics and actual situation of the Company, Construction Company No. 1 chose the form of equitization according to Section 2, Article 3 of Decree No. 187/2004/ND-CP dated November 16, 2004 on converting a Limited Liability Company into a Joint Stock Company. Construction Company No. 1 was converted into Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 according to Decision No. 1820/QD-BXD dated September 23, 2005 and transformed into Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 in Hanoi according to Decision No. 2270/QD-BXD dated December 9, 2005.
- On September 3, 2005, successfully organized the initial public share auction.
- On October 19, 2005, the General Meeting of Shareholders was successfully organized.
- On December 1, 2005, Construction Company No. 1 was converted into Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 in Hanoi according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0103009008, first registered on November 16, 2005 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City. Hanoi issued with a charter capital of 35,000,000,000 VND.
- On July 2, 2007, Hanoi Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 was approved by the State Securities Commission (SSC) to register as a public company.
- On September 26, 2017, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 184/2017/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), with a total number of registered shares of 8,000,000 shares.
