Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- March 29 Textile Joint Stock Company (Hachiba) is the predecessor of a 29-3 cotton towel weaving complex established on March 29, 1976. In November 1978, the People's Committee of Quang Nam Da Nang province signed a decision to convert into 29-3 Textile Public-Private Joint Venture Enterprise.
- On March 30, 1984, it officially became a state-owned textile factory named March 29 Textile Factory. For many years, the factory has been voted "Flagship" by the State and has been awarded many flags and certificates of merit from the Prime Minister, ministries and localities.
- Implementing the policy of equitizing enterprises, on March 29, 2007 according to Decision No. 9312/QD-UBND dated March 29, 2006 of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, 29/3 Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company was established with a charter capital of 15 billion VND. As of July 19, 2007 and December 14, 2011, the company's charter capital was VND 35 billion and VND 42 billion, respectively. On November 20, 2018, the Company completed the charter capital increase with the current charter capital being 51,992,740,000 VND.
- On February 7, 2007, successfully organized the initial public auction of shares at the Company's headquarters with a total number of successfully offered shares of 1,500,000 shares and an average successful auction price of 17,218 VND/share.
- On March 16, 2007, the General Meeting of Shareholders was successfully organized.
- On March 27, 2007, 29/3 Textile and Garment Company was converted into 29/3 Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 3203001358, first registered on March 27, 2007 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang City with a charter capital of 15 billion VND, issued for the 14th change on March 27, 2007. November 20, 2018.
- On October 1, 2007, 29/3 Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission (SSC) for registration as a large company according to Official Dispatch No. 725/UBCK-QLPH of the State Securities Commission.
- On July 7, 2010, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 156/2010/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), with a total number of registered shares of 3,500,000 shares.
