Capital raising process:
- In May 2006, the Company switched to operating under a joint stock model with a charter capital of 21,800,000,000 VND, of which 30% state capital is 6,541,000,000 VND
- In October 2009, the Company increased its charter capital to 43,600,000,000 VND by issuing bonus shares to shareholders at a ratio of 1:1. Of which: state capital accounts for 30%, which is 13,082,000,000 VND
- In August 2010, the Company increased its charter capital to 52,320,000,000 VND by issuing bonus shares to shareholders at a ratio of 5:1. Of which: state capital accounts for 30%, which is 15,698,400,000 VND.
