Establishment History:
- Hai Phong Cement Transport Service Trading Joint Stock Company was formerly known as the mechanical workshop, barge repair workshop, water transport group of Hai Phong Cement Factory and water transport team, belonging to Material and Equipment Supply Company No. 3 of the Ministry of Construction.
- September 10, 19899, the establishment of Indochina Artificial Portland Cement Company was also the birth date of Hai Phong Cement Factory and of the Water Transport Group and the Land Transport Group.
