Establishment History:
Ba Ria Vung Tau Housing Development Joint Stock Company, formerly a State-owned Enterprise - Housing Development Company, was established on May 29, 1990 by the People's Committee of Vung Tau Con Dao Special Zone.
On October 29, 1990, the Housing Development Company merged with two enterprises: Real Estate Services Enterprise and House Construction Enterprise under the Department of Construction of Vung Tau Con Dao Special Zone.
On December 3, 1997, the People's Committee of Ba Ria Vung Tau province re-established Ba Ria Vung Tau Housing Development Company (according to Decision 388 of the Government).
On September 26, 2001, the Prime Minister decided to convert Ba Ria Vung Tau Housing Development Company into Ba Ria Vung Tau Housing Development Joint Stock Company.
The company began listing with the code HDC on October 8, 2007 on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange. Consulting organization: Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development securities company. Independent audit: AASC Finance, Accounting and Auditing consulting company, Vung Tau branch.

In 2007, increased charter capital to 81 billion VND, listed at Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.

In 2010, increased charter capital to more than 154 billion VND. In June 2010, increased charter capital to more than 200 billion VND

Year 2013: The company received the second best labor medal. Mr. Phan Van Minh - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Business Director of the company received the third-class labor medal.
