On June 19, 2007, Irrigation Construction Consulting Company I was renamed to Vietnam Irrigation Construction Consulting Company;
On October 15, 2007, Vietnam Irrigation Construction Consulting Company carried out equitization;
On June 16, 2008, the Company officially switched to operating under the Joint Stock Company model with the name Vietnam Irrigation Construction Consulting Joint Stock Corporation granted by the Department of Planning and Investment with a charter capital of 44,000,000,000 VND;
On June 9, 2008, Vietnam Irrigation Construction Consulting Joint Stock Corporation was renamed Vietnam Irrigation Construction Consulting Joint Stock Corporation - JSC.
