HCMC Ferry Bridge Construction Company Limited was established under Decision No. 2123/QD-UBND dated May 12, 2010 of the Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee converting the operating model from City Ferry Bridge Construction Management Company. The company officially operates under a new business model from October 1, 2010;
In 2012, the Company became a member enterprise of the City State Financial Investment Company;
On December 10, 2015, Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued a decision to approve the plan and convert Ho Chi Minh City Ferry Bridge Construction Company Limited under Ho Chi Minh City State Financial Investment Company into a joint stock company;
On February 1, 2016, the Company conducted the initial public offering of shares through the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. The average successful auction price is 10,000 VND/share;
On April 12, 2016, the Company successfully organized the first General Meeting of Shareholders to establish Ho Chi Minh City Ferry Bridge Construction Joint Stock Company;
From May 4, 2016, the Company has officially operated in the form of a joint stock company;
On December 22, 2016, the Company was granted a Securities Registration Certificate by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with the number of registered securities being 9,100,000 shares.
