- On June 13, 1994, Hong Ha Beer Factory was established, belonging to Song Lo Trading Company, under the management of the Finance - Administration Board of Vinh Phu Provincial Party Committee. Address at Tien Cat ward, Viet Tri city, Phu Tho province.
- On July 22, 1997, the Company separated from Song Lo Trading Company and changed its name to Hong Ha Beer - Beverage Company managed by the Finance - Administration Board of Vinh Phu Provincial Party Committee
- In 2005, the Company equitized and changed its name to Hong Ha Beer Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 413/QD-CT dated February 1, 2005 of the Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee
- In January 2007, the Company was contributed capital by Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Joint Stock Corporation (HABECO) and changed its name to Hanoi - Hong Ha Beer Joint Stock Company.
- In 2008, the Company built a new factory in area 1, Van Phu ward, Viet Tri city, Phu Tho province with a capacity of 25 million liters of beer/year, with an expansion direction of 50 million liters of beer/year.
- In 2010, Hanoi - Hong Ha Brewery phase 1 with modern design was inaugurated, the entire Company's facilities were moved here and is the Company's production and business location until now.
