Company's history
- Hai Ha Confectionery Joint Stock Company, international transaction name is Haiha Confectionery Joint-StockCompany (HAIHACO). The company was founded on December 25, 1960, after nearly 50 years of striving and growing up, from a sauce and magi factory has become one of the leading confectionery manufacturers in Vietnam with a production scale of up to 20,000 tons of products/year.
- In 2003, the Company implemented equitization according to Decision No. 192/2003/QD-BCN dated November 14, 2003 of the Ministry of Industry. From January 2004, the Company officially operated in the form of a Joint Stock Company under Business Registration Certificate No. 0103003614 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City on January 20, 2004 and changed for the second time on August 13, 2007.
- The company was approved to list shares at the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center according to Decision No. 312/QD-TTGDHN dated November 8, 2007 of the Director of Hanoi Stock Exchange Center and has officially traded since November 20, 2007.
- In May 2011, the Company completed the issuance of shares to increase charter capital to 82,125 billion VND
- In July 2012, the Company signed an investment cooperation contract to implement the project "Investment cooperation to build a multi-functional complex at 25-27 Truong Dinh, Hanoi" with the joint venture of Vietnam Youth Talent Support Joint Stock Company and Construction and Development Investment One Member LLC. house.
- Currently, Hai Ha Confectionery Joint Stock Company is one of the leading confectionery brands in Vietnam. With an average annual output of over 15,000 tons, Hai Ha increasingly affirms its position in the domestic and regional markets. Confectionery products under the HAIHACO brand such as: "Chew Hai Ha" candy, soft sponge candy, "Hai Ha Chip" Jelly candy, cookies, sponge cake... always receive enthusiastic support from consumers.
