- HN Cargo Transport and Services Joint Stock Company was established on May 16, 1966 with the name Hanoi Cargo Transport Company under the Hanoi Department of Transport. The Company's predecessor was 2 units: Automobile Joint Venture Enterprise No. 2 and Public Private Automobile Joint Venture Enterprise No. 3.
- On June 1, 1991, DV-I Bus Station was established with the function of renting parking lots and warehouses.
