Establishment History:
- Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company was established with the capital contribution of the founding shareholders, who are the founding and operating shareholders of Hoang Huy Financial Services Investment Joint Stock Company, to specialize in the business of imported medium and heavy trucks.
- Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company was established under the first Business Registration Certificate No. 0203004289 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of the City. Hai Phong issued on May 10, 2008 with a charter capital of 90 billion VND contributed by 3 founding shareholders.
- However, according to Resolution No. 22/NQ-DHDCD of the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders passed on November 8, 2010 on changing the Company's founding shareholder structure, the number of founding shareholders has increased from 3 to 5 shareholders.
- In March 2011, the Company successfully issued 1 million shares to the public according to Public Offering Certificate No. 24/GCN–UBCK issued by the Chairman of the State Securities Commission on February 17, 2011.
- In February 2012, the Company officially listed 10 million shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange with the stock code HHS.
- In May 2012, HHS increased its charter capital from 100 billion to 150 billion by paying 50% stock dividends. In August 2012, HHS increased capital from 150 billion to 225 billion by paying 50% stock dividends. In June 2013, the company increased its charter capital by distributing bonus shares at the rate of 50% and issuing them to existing shareholders at the rate of 20%, and completed procedures to increase charter capital to 382.5 billion VND.
- In June 2013, HHS was voted as one of the 50 most effective listed companies (ranked 20th) in Vietnam by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine.
- In October 2014, HHS completed increasing its charter capital from 382 billion VND to 573.6 billion VND by distributing bonuses in shares at the rate of 20% and issuing them to existing shareholders at the rate of 30%.
- In March 2015, HHS completed increasing charter capital from 573.6 to 1,109 billion through the issuance of 47.9 million shares of Hoang Giang Service Development Joint Stock Company and the payment of 20% dividends, of which 10% is in cash and 10% is in stocks.
- In June 2015, HHS for the second time received the "50 most effective business companies in Vietnam" award organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine in collaboration with Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (TVS). Compared to the first time in 2013, HHS ranked 20th, this second time HHS rose to 6th position due to strong growth in business performance.
- In July 2015, HHS was included in HOSE's component stock list for the first time VN30.
- In November 2015, HHS completed the process of increasing charter capital from 1,110 billion to 2,330 billion.
- In March 2016, HHS completed the payment of dividends by shares at the rate of 5% and private placement, increasing charter capital to 2,747 billion VND.
