Timeline of Establishment & Development
- Hai Van Road Tunnel Management and Exploitation Joint Stock Company, formerly known as "Thong Nhat Workshop" under Construction Board 67 according to Decision No. 574/QD-TC dated May 10, 1974, changed its name to 1975. "Thong Nhat Automobile Overhaul Enterprise".
- On December 12, 1979, the enterprise moved from Quang Binh to Hoa Khanh - Hoa Vang - Quang Nam Da Nang and changed its name to "Transportation Mechanical and Electrical Enterprise 5"
- In 1992, the name was changed to
- On July 12, 1995, the enterprise changed its name to "Mechanical - Construction Company 5"
- On August 16, 1997, according to Decision No. 2014/QD-TCCP-LD of the Ministry of Transport, the Company was transformed into a State-owned enterprise operating in public service with the name: Construction Repair and Traffic Mechanics Company 5
- In December 2009, the Company transformed into a one-member LLC with 100% state capital
- In July 2012, the Company was transferred to become a member unit of Transport Construction Corporation 5 according to Decision No. 1742/QD-BGTVT dated July 25, 2012 of the Ministry of Transport
- On October 4, 2013, the Ministry of Transport issued Decision No. 3079/QD-BGTVT on approving the Plan and converting Hai Van Roadway Management and Operation Company Limited under Transport Construction Corporation 5 into a Joint Stock Company
- On December 27, 2013, the first General Meeting of Shareholders of the Joint Stock Company was successfully organized and on January 2, 2014, it was officially transformed into a Joint Stock Company
- November 24, 2015: The Company's shares were approved for first trading registration on UPCoM with the stock code HHV
- December 18, 2015: HHV's first trading day on Upcom.
- January 25, 2016: Transport Construction Corporation 5 transferred state capital to Saigon Road and Bridge Construction Investment Joint Stock Company
Main business lines
- Management, exploitation and maintenance of Hai Van road tunnel; manage, exploit, maintain and maintain assigned national highways. Ensure traffic when natural disasters occur in the assigned area. Road toll collection service.
