- Yen Bai was established, headquartered in Southern Industrial Park, Van Phu commune, Yen Bai city, Yen Bai province. The company has started construction of a CaCO3 plastic additive factory with a capacity of 4,800 tons/year.
- In 2010: The company increased its charter capital from 40 billion VND to 80 billion VND through issuance to existing shareholders. The company officially put the CaCO3 plastic additive factory into operation.
- 2013: The company increased its charter capital from 80 billion VND to 86 billion VND. The company installed a new line, bringing the total capacity of cool houses to 15,000 tons/year.
- 2016: The company continued to invest in installing new lines to increase capacity to 35,000 tons/year. The company increased its charter capital from 86 billion VND to 136 billion VND to expand production. The company invests in a project to increase the capacity of the plastic additive factory to 150,000 tons/year.
- In 2017, the Company officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) with stock code HII. During the year, the Company also inaugurated a CaCO3 stone powder factory with a capacity of 222 tons/year.
- In 2018, the Company issued shares to the public, increasing its charter capital to 278 billion VND. The company officially changed its name to An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company and changed its brand identity.
- 2019: The company invested in 2 more plastic additive production lines, increasing capacity to 96,000 tons/year. An Tien Industries achieved the highest production and sales output in 10 years, with a growth rate of over 40%.
