  • Hoang Thi Loan Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company, formerly established from the merger of 02 State-owned enterprises: one is Vinh Yarn Factory - a member factory of Hanoi Textile and Garment Company (Hanosimex) since the end of 1993; The second is Hoang Thi Loan Knitting Company, formerly an agricultural enterprise under the People's Committee of Nghe An Province, established in May 1990 and transferred to Vietnam Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) and Hanosimex from June 2000;
