Establishment History:
- Ha Long I Viglacera Joint Stock Company, formerly Yen Hung Tile Enterprise, was established in the 1960s under the Union of Vietnam Porcelain Enterprises. The total number of employees of the Company initially was nearly 200 people with a machinery and equipment system including an EG5 shaping extrusion system with a capacity of 30,000v/shift, 05 vertical furnaces with a capacity of about 7 million pellets/year.
- In August 1997, Yen Hung Brick Factory merged into Ha Long Construction Ceramics Company according to the decision of the Construction Glass and Ceramics Corporation.
- In October 2001, the Enterprise was invested by Ha Long Construction Ceramics Company to build a new production line including 02 tunnel kiln systems with a capacity of 36 million bricks. QTC/year and a CMK502 extrusion system with a capacity of 100,000 tablets/shift. In July 2002, the new line went into operation, the total number of employees of the Company was 500 people.
- On December 3, 2003, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 1643/QD-BXD to convert Yen Hung Brick Factory belonging to Ha Long Construction Ceramics Company into Ha Long I Joint Stock Company - Viglacera
- Ha Long I - Viglacera Joint Stock Company officially operated from December 22, 2003 according to the first Business Registration Certificate No. 2203000191 and registered the 7th change on April 26, 2012.
- December 4, 2006 Hanoi Stock Exchange Center issued decision 61/QD - TTGDHN on approving the registration of stock trading of Joint Stock Companies Ha Long I Viglacera.
