Establishment History:
- On January 24, 2002, Hai Minh Joint Stock Company was officially established under Business Registration Certificate No. 4103000801 issued by the City Department of Planning and Investment. issued by Ho Chi Minh City with an initial charter capital of 1.5 billion VND. The company was founded by eleven founding shareholders operating in multiple fields including: Domestic and international transportation; Logistics and distribution; Port exploitation and maritime and aviation agency services; Repairing and trading specialized loading and unloading equipment; Construction of wharfs, yards, civil and industrial works.
- Since its establishment, the Company has increased its capital 8 times to 56.16 billion VND in May 2008.
- July 2010: Listed securities at Hanoi Stock Exchange
- October 2011: Listed additional 1,741,116 shares, corresponding to registered securities value of 17,411,160,000 VND. Raising charter capital to 73.57 billion VND
- 10/2011 negotiated with PISD to establish Hai Minh Logistics Co., Ltd. - Initial capital contribution ratio is 13%. The company has been granted a business registration and operation license since March 2012. By November 2012, Hai Minh received the transfer of all PISD's capital contribution.
- 12/2012: Registered additional depository of 2,642,504 shares, corresponding to registered securities value of 26,425,040,000 VND. Raised charter capital to 100 billion VND (according to the registered capital on the business registration license) and number of shares This was approved by the Securities Commission to be listed on HNX in January 2013.
- September 2013: Merged Hai Minh Hai Phong One Member Limited Company into Hai Minh Logistics Company Limited.
- 03/2015: Established Hai Minh Marine Services Co., Ltd.
- 12/2015: Registered additional depository of 3,199,847 shares, corresponding to the registered securities value of 31,998,470,000 VND, increasing charter capital to 131,998,470,000 VND and this number of shares was approved by the Securities Commission to list on HNX in January 2016.
