- Hoang Mai Stone Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Hoang Mai Stone Quarry, was established under Decision No. 2559/QD dated September 17, 1969 of the Ministry of Transport, and Decision No. 1326/DS dated September 29, 1969 of the General Department of Railways, closed in Hoang Mai town, Nghe An province
- In 1986, the General Department of Railways issued Decision No. 106/DS-TC dated March 22, 1986, according to which "Hoang Mai Stone Quarry" was renamed "Hoang Mai Stone Enterprise".
- After Decree No. 388-HDBT dated November 20, 1991 of the Council of Ministers on the establishment and dissolution of state-owned enterprises, on March 2, 1995, Hoang Mai Stone Enterprise was signed by the Ministry of Transport with Decision No. 567/QD/TCCB-LD to establish Hoang Mai Stone Enterprise as a state-owned enterprise under the Vietnam Railway Union, with a business capital of 853 million VND (of which state capital is 620 million VND).
- In 2011, according to Decision No. 739/QD/CTĐS-HĐQT dated October 7, 2011 of the Board of Directors of Railway Construction Corporation Joint Stock Company, Hoang Mai Stone Enterprise was transformed into Hoang Mai Stone Company Limited under Railway Construction Corporation Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 34 billion VND.
- In 2015, the Board of Directors of Railway Construction Corporation Joint Stock Company issued Decision No. 310/QD-CTĐS-HĐQT dated July 15, 2015 approving the plan to convert Hoang Mai Stone Company Limited into a joint stock company by issuing shares to increase capital and transferring part of the owner's capital contribution. At the end of the conversion process, the company increased its charter capital to 38,124,440,000 VND
- The company officially operates in the form of a joint stock company according to the Business Registration Certificate No. 2901437166 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Nghe An province for the 3rd time on July 29, 2015 with a charter capital of 38,124,440,000 VND.
- Pursuant to document No. 8159/UBCK-GSĐC dated December 6, 2021 of the State Securities Commission, the Company will become a public company from November 11, 2021.
- On November 26, 2021, the Company was granted Business Registration Certificate No. 2901437166 (6th change) by the Department of Planning and Investment of Nghe An province with a charter capital of 56,124,440,000 VND.
