Timeline of Establishment & Development:

The predecessor of the Ho Chi Minh Museum Construction Joint Stock Company was the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Construction Site, established in 1975 after the inauguration of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, with the original name of Construction Company 75808;
In 1977, The company was renamed Construction Company No. 3 under the Ministry of Construction;
In 1985, The Company was honored to be assigned by the State and the Ministry of Construction to construct the Ho Chi Minh Museum, so the Company was renamed Ho Chi Minh Museum Construction Company under Hanoi Construction Corporation;
In 1993, according to Decree 388-HDBT of the Council of Ministers on the re-establishment of state-owned enterprises, the Company changed its name to Ho Chi Minh Museum Construction Company;
In 2005, According to the Decision of the Ministry of Construction, the Company equitized the enterprise and changed its name to Ho Chi Minh Museum Construction Joint Stock Company;
On September 19, 2005, successfully organized the initial public share auction at Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development Securities Company with a total number of successfully offered shares of 980,000 shares and an average successful auction of 10,014 VND/share. section;
On November 17, 2005, successfully organized the founding Shareholders' Meeting;
On October 31, 2005, the Company was converted into Ho Chi Minh Museum Construction Joint Stock Company according to the Business Registration Certificate, first registered on February 9, 2006 with charter capital of 49,000,000,000 VND;
On June 21, 2007, Ho Chi Minh Museum Construction Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission to register as a public company;
On May 23, 2014, the Company was granted a Securities Registration Certificate by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with a total number of registered shares of 8,000,000 shares;
Currently, the Company is operating under the Business Registration Certificate issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City with an actual contributed charter capital of 80,000,000,000 VND.
