Timeline of Establishment & Development
- Formerly the Transport Consulting Enterprise under the Hanoi Department of Transport
- On May 10, 1988, the Transportation Consulting Enterprise was renamed into the Transportation Services Enterprise
- On April 29, 1991, Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 776 UB/QD on the establishment of Southern Bus Station on the basis of merging Kim Lien bus station under the Bus Station Enterprise into the Transport Services Enterprise
- On February 24, 1992, Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision 343 QD/UB on merging the two convoys Kim Lien and Kim Ma into the Southern Bus Station into Hanoi Southern Transportation Company
- On May 25, 1996, Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 1818/QD-UB on changing the name and adjusting the tasks of Hanoi Southern VTHK Company into Hanoi Bus Station Management Company with a charter capital of 9,800,000,000 copper
- On May 14, 2004, Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 72/2004/QD-UB on the establishment of Hanoi Transport Corporation and Hanoi Bus Station Management Company was transformed into a subsidiary directly under Hanoi Transport Corporation
- On July 13, 2010, the Company transformed into Hanoi Bus Station Limited Company with a charter capital of 30 billion VND according to Decision No. 3458/QD-UBND of Hanoi People's Committee
- On January 23, 2014, the Company conducted an auction to sell shares at the Hanoi Stock Exchange
- On April 23, 2014, Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 2208/QD-UBND on converting Hanoi Bus Station Company Limited into Hanoi Bus Station Joint Stock Company
- On May 5, 2014, the Company officially converted to operate in the form of a Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 95,000,000,000 VND.
- On September 4, 2014, the State Securities Commission approved the Company's public profile; On October 1, 2015, the Vietnam Securities Depository Center issued a certificate of securities registration. On October 8, 2015, the Hanoi Stock Exchange approved the Company's stock trading registration on the UPCOM market.
