Time to become a public company: Huu Nghi Food Joint Stock Company registered as a public company and was approved by the State Securities Commission to register as a public company in 2007.
Timeline of Establishment & Development
- Formerly known as Huu Nghi Premium Confectionery Factory, established in 1997. After nearly 10 years of operation, Huu Nghi Premium Confectionery Factory has completed the equitization process and was officially licensed Registered business as a joint stock company with the business name Huu Nghi Premium Confectionery Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0103014796 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on December 1, 2006, with an initial charter capital of 22,500,000,000 VND.
- On June 18, 2009, the Company changed its name to Huu Nghi Food Joint Stock Company.
- From March 2011, Huu Nghi Food Joint Stock Company became an official member of Vietnam Tobacco Corporation.
Charter capital increase process
Year 2006: charter capital of 22,500,000,000 VND, in the form of equitization.
- First time: April 2009 increased from 30,000,000,000 to 52,500,000,000 VND through issuing shares to the public to existing shareholders.
- 2nd time: June 2010 increased from 14,250,000,000 to 66,750,000,000 co-approved pay dividends in shares.
- 3rd time: July 2011 increased from 6,675,000,000 to 73,425,000,000 co-approved pay dividends in shares.
- 4th time: June 2012 increased from 26,575,000,000 to 100,000,000,000 co-approved issuing shares to the public for existing shareholders, issued to employees and Vietnam Tobacco Corporation
- 5th time: June 2013 increased from 8,499,070,000 to 108,449,070,000 co-approved pay dividends in shares.
- 6th time: December 2014 increased from 91,550,930,000 to 200,000,000,000 co-approved issued to the public for existing shareholders, issued to employees and Vietnam Tobacco Corporation
