Establishment History:
- Hanoi Dairy Joint Stock Company was established on November 2, 2001 according to business registration certificate No. 0103000592 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on November 2, 2001.
- On March 8, 2002, Hanoi Dairy Joint Stock Company started construction of a Hanoi milk processing factory in Quang Minh commune, Me Linh district, Vinh Phuc province in the form of a branch of the Company according to the branch operation registration certificate No. 1913000036 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of the province. Vinh Phuc issued on March 19, 2002. Hanoi milk processing factory was granted investment incentive certificate No. 1764/CNDUĐT on May 9, 2002 by the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province.
- In 2005, Hai Minh Joint Stock Company was established.
- In 2006, "K" Line (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. was established as a joint venture between Hai Minh Joint Stock Company and the Japanese shipping company "K" Line.
- In 2007, increased charter capital to 49.3 billion VND.
- In 2008, increased charter capital to 56.16 billion VND.
- In 2010, Form appointed as agent for Samudera Shipping Line in Vietnam.
- In 2011, additional 1,741,116 shares were listed, corresponding to the registered securities value of 17,411,160,000 VND. Increase charter capital to 73.57 billion VND.
- In 2012, registered additional depository of 2,642,504 shares, corresponding to the registered securities value of 26,425,040,000 VND. Raised charter capital to 100 billion VND and these shares were approved by the Securities Commission to be listed on HNX in January 2013
