PP Packaging Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Hai Phong PP Packaging Factory, was established under Decision No. 69/QD-UB dated January 14, 1993 of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City.
On April 29, 1997, according to Decision No. 691/QD-UB of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, Hai Phong Packaging Factory merged into Hai Phong PP Packaging Factory.
In 2003, Hai Phong PP Packaging Factory converted into PP Packaging Joint Stock Company
PP Packaging Joint Stock Company was granted stock listing certificate No. 27/GCN - SGDHN by the Stock Exchange in Hanoi on April 20, 2010.
