- Hung Phat Ha Bac Chemical Joint Stock Company is located in the North of Bac Giang city, to the East and North is adjacent to Ha Bac Fertilizer and Chemical Joint Stock Company, to the South is adjacent to Tho Xuong ward, Bac Giang city and to the West is adjacent to Truong Phat Activated Carbon Joint Stock Company.
- Hung Phat Ha Bac Chemical Joint Stock Company was granted the first Business Registration Certificate No. 2003000297 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Bac Giang Province on February 1, 2008. The company was established and operates under the model of a joint stock company with an initial charter capital of 56 billion VND and 03 founding shareholders, of which Ha Bac Fertilizer and Chemical Company Limited (now Ha Bac Fertilizer and Chemical Joint Stock Company) holds the controlling stake.
- On August 5, 2009, Hung Phat Ha Bac Chemical Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission to become a public company.
- On December 4, 2017, Hung Phat Ha Bac Chemical Joint Stock Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 219/2017/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with a total number of registered shares of 8,400,000 shares.
