Hai Phat's Timeline of Establishment & Development has gone through the following important milestones:
- Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company was established on December 15, 2003 with the name Hai Phat Construction - Tourism Joint Stock Company with an initial charter capital of 8 billion VND;
- In 2007, the Company increased its charter capital from 8 billion VND to 15 billion VND on the basis of capital contributions from existing shareholders and other shareholders;
- 2008 marked an important turning point for the Company when it increased its charter capital from 15 billion VND to 300 billion VND through issuance to existing shareholders and changed its name from Hai Phat Construction - Tourism Joint Stock Company to Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company. At the same time, deploying investment in the construction of Van Phu New Urban Area Project and The Pride commercial and apartment complex in An Hung Urban Area;
- In 2011, the Company continued to increase its charter capital from VND 300 billion to VND 750 billion on the basis of issuance to existing shareholders to enhance financial potential to implement large-scale projects in Hanoi City and other provinces and cities across the country.
