Hanoi Iron and Steel Joint Stock Company was established under Business Registration Certificate No. 0106358846 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City for the first time on November 8, 2013, with an initial charter capital of ten (10) billion VND and contributed by three (03) founding shareholders. At the beginning of its operation, the Company's headquarters was located at No. 3 C18 My Dinh Urban Area I, My Dinh Commune, Tu Liem District, Hanoi City. During operations and business, in order to create favorable conditions for commercial activities as well as long-term development orientation, the Company's Board of Directors decided to move its headquarters to 68 Luu Huu Phuoc, Cau Dien Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The Company's current main production and business activities are wholesale of scrap, metals, and non-metals.
Implementing the strategy of increasing scale and expanding production and business activities, during the period 2014 - 2019, the Company has increased joint ventures, alliances, and cooperation with large organizations to optimize competitive advantage in the market. The Company's current major partners include: Hoa Phat Steel Company Limited; Branch of Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Joint Stock Company - Luu Xa Steel Factory; Nghi Son Iron and Steel Joint Stock Company, ... .
On December 16, 2020, the Company was approved by the State Securities Commission to become a public company according to official dispatch No. 7369/UBCK-GSĐC.
On February 23, 2021, the Company was granted a Securities Registration Certificate by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center according to official dispatch No. 09/2021/GCNCP - VSD, stock code is HSV, number of registered securities: 5,000,000 shares (five million shares). votes).
