Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- In 1993, Hoa Tho Textile Factory transformed into a State-owned enterprise with the name Hoa Tho Textile Company according to establishment decision No. 241/TCLD dated March 24, 1993 of the Ministry of Light Industry.
- In 1997, the Company changed its name to Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Company according to decision No. 433/QD-TCLD of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation. In 2005, the Company transformed into Hoa Tho Textile and Garment One-Member State Limited Company according to Decision No. 200/2005/QD-TTg dated August 8, 2005 of the Prime Minister.
- Implementing the Government's policy of equitizing state-owned enterprises, on November 15, 2006, the Company converted its operating model into a joint stock company with the name Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Joint Stock Corporation according to Decision No. 3252/QD- BCN of the Ministry of Industry, and officially went into operation. on February 1, 2007 with an initial charter capital of 45,000,000,000 VND. Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Joint Stock Corporation is a member unit of Vietnam Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) and Vietnam Textile and Garment Association (Vitas) under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
- On December 15, 2006, successfully organized the initial public share auction at Hoa Tho Textile and Garment One-Member State-owned Company Limited with a total number of successfully offered shares of 900,000 shares and an average successful auction price of 12,249 VND/share.
- On February 1, 2007, Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Company was converted into Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Joint Stock Corporation according to Business Registration Certificate No. 3203001300, first registered on February 1, 2007 by the Department of Planning and Investment. issued by Da Nang City with a charter capital of 45 billion VND.
- On July 2, 2007, Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Joint Stock Corporation was approved by the State Securities Commission (SSC) to register as a public company.
- On July 20, 2010, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 171/2010/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), with a total number of registered shares of 9,650,000 shares.
Capital raising process:
- Initially, in November 2006, the charter capital was 45,000 million VND;
- The first time, December 2008, charter capital after issuance was 62,000 million VND;
- The second time, October 2009, charter capital after issuance was 96,500 million VND;
- 3rd time, December 2011, charter capital after issuance was 150,000 million VND;
- The 4th time, June 2015, charter capital after issuance was 157,500 million VND;
- The 5th time, June 2016, charter capital after issuance was 165,375 million VND;
- The 6th time, February 2017, charter capital after issuance is 225,000 million VND.

- Production of ready-made garments (except costumes): production, business, import and export of garments, fabrics, yarns, sewing threads, all kinds of equipment, raw materials, and spare parts for the textile industry (Code: 1322).
- Restaurant, supermarket, tourism, hotel business. Cargo transportation business. Real estate business. Industrial and civil construction. Exploitation of clean water for industrial production and daily life. Trading in all kinds of paper. (The Industry Code does not match the code with the Vietnam Economic Industry System).
