- Transition period 2011 - 2016: After nearly 3 years of operating as a Limited Liability Company, in August 2010, the Company officially converted its operations to a Joint Stock Company with the name Hung Thinh Design - Construction Joint Stock Company. In September 2012, the Company increased capital from 5 billion to 100 billion.
