Establishment History:

Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Transport Enterprise, a subsidiary of Ha Tien Cement Company 1, was officially established by decision No. 145 / TCT – TCLD dated April 28, 1994 of Vietnam Cement Corporation. During the period from 1994 to 2000, the Transport Enterprise was a dependent accounting unit, in charge of all stages of transporting input materials for Ha Tien 1 Cement Company.
On January 21, 2000, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 24/2000/QD - TTg converting the Transport Enterprise into Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company.
On April 7, 2000, the founding General Meeting of Shareholders of Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company was conducted, approved the "Organization and Operation Charter" of the Company, elected the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board.
On April 24, 2000. Department of Planning and Investment of City. Ho Chi Minh City issued Business Registration Certificate No. 4103000047 and was granted the first change on June 1, 2007 to Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company, with the main operating functions of the Company: Waterway transport business, domestic and foreign road transport, general business of materials and equipment, means of transport and yard exploitation, and other business lines as permitted by law. law. The business registration certificate was granted a second change on April 15, 2009, increasing charter capital from 48 billion VND to 100.8 billion VND, and was granted a fifth change on August 28, 2013, with the main operating functions of the Company: Repair and maintenance of transport vehicles; transporting goods by road; coastal and ocean freight transport; inland waterway freight transport; direct support service activities for rail and road transport; loading and unloading goods; direct support service activities for waterway transport; Other support service activities related to transportation; supply and manage labor resources.
The company started listing with the code HTV on January 5, 2006 on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange. According to Decision No. 194/UBCK–GCN dated October 15, 2007 of the State Securities Commission, approving the Company to offer 5,280,000 additional shares to the public. January 11, 2008 City Stock Exchange. Ho Chi Minh City has issued notice No. 34/TB-SGDHCM regarding the listing and trading of an additional 5,280,000 issued shares.
