Establishment Timeline:
- HUD4 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company is a member unit of the Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation, formerly the Construction Materials Supply Station established in 1978 under Thanh Hoa Provincial Construction Company.
- December 29, 1991: Changed name to Thanh Hoa Construction Materials Supply Enterprise.
- July 14, 2000: Changed name to Urban Development Construction Investment Company No. 4 and became a member of Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation.
- July 23, 2004: Converted to a Joint Stock Company with the name HUD4 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.
- Year 2006: The company officially switched to the operating form of Parent Company - Subsidiary Company.
- June 27, 2007: The company officially became a Public Company with a charter capital of 50 billion VND
- 2010: The company increased its charter capital to 150 billion VND.
- January 19, 2016: The Company's shares were approved for the first trading registration on UPCoM with stock code HU4
- January 29, 2016: HU4's first trading day on Upcom.
Capital raising process
- April 2007: Charter capital increased from 15 billion VND to 24.9 billion VND through issuance to state shareholders and existing shareholders working at the company; The new shareholders are the Company's employees and strategic shareholders.
- December 2007: Charter capital increased from 24.9 billion VND to 50 billion VND through private placement.
- Third and fourth quarters of 2010: Charter capital increased from 50 billion VND to 150 billion VND through issuing bonus shares to existing shareholders, issuing shares to existing shareholders, potential employees, and strategic shareholders.
