Development history:
- The Company's predecessor was a Construction Team established in May 1975 after the liberation of the South and reunification of the country. In 1976, the Construction Team was developed into Binh Tri Thien Construction Company. In June 1989, implementing the policy of dividing the province, Binh Tri Thien Construction Company was divided into 3 construction units in 3 provinces of Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue.
- On July 18, 1989, according to Decision No. 52/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province, Thua Thien Hue Construction Company was established on the basis of merging with Binh Tri Thien House Repair Enterprise.
- In December 1992, implementing Decree 388/HDBT dated November 20, 1991 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) on the establishment and dissolution of State-owned enterprises, the Company separated the General Services Enterprise and transferred it into a unit under the Department of Construction and Thua Thien Hue Construction Company was re-established. according to Decision No. 875/QD-UBND dated December 16, 1992 of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province.
- In 2006, the Company was allowed by the Prime Minister to switch to operating under the Parent Company - Subsidiary organization model and was approved by the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province in Decision No. 1771/QD-UBND dated July 27, 2006.
