1992: Renamed Nam Ha Traffic Construction Company (Nam Dinh)
2000: Equitized and renamed Nam Dinh Traffic Construction and Infrastructure Joint Stock Company
2007: Moved headquarters from Nam Dinh to Hanoi. Changed name to Tasco Joint Stock Company
2008: Listing of Shares of Tasco Joint Stock Company (code HUT). Become an Investor of BT and BOT
2013: Commencement of BOT National Highway 1A project (section through Quang Binh)
2015: Deploying Foresa Xuan Phuong projects, Phap Van building, and housing projects for employees of the Party Central Office and People's Newspaper with a total investment of 4,123 billion VND; completing BOT National Highway 1 Quang Binh.
