2002 Introducing a new symbol - Golden Lotus associated with outstanding improvements in service quality, expanding flight network and upgrading fleet
2003 Reorganized operations according to the parent-subsidiary company model according to Decision No. 372/QD-TTG dated April 4, 2003 of the Prime Minister. Receiving and putting into operation the first modern Boeing 777 aircraft, starting the fleet modernization program.
2006 Became an official member of IATA
