Establishment History:
- Viet Tri Chemical Factory No. I officially started construction on November 4, 1959.
- In 1995, the Factory's name was changed by the State to Viet Tri Chemical Company.
- In 2005, the Company equitized the enterprise according to the State's roadmap. Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company officially operated from January 4, 2006. Charter capital at the date of establishment is 31,000,000,000 VND, the State accounts for nearly 70%, the remaining is from employees.
- In May 2007, implementing the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated April 18, 2007, the Company made the first capital increase to 34,410,000,000 VND through the form of issuing shares to pay dividends in 2006 at the rate 11% for existing shareholders.
- According to issuance license No. 298/UBCK-GCN issued by the Chairman of the State Securities Commission on March 6, 2008, the Company has issued shares to existing shareholders and employees with the number of shares being 997,713 shares, bringing the total charter capital of the Company to 44,387,130,000 VND (The owner's investment capital expenditure was confirmed by Thang Long Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. in the capital audit report dated July 30, 2008).
- On May 8, 2009, listing time according to Notice No. 174/TB-TTGDHN issued by Hanoi Stock Exchange Center on April 24, 2009, number of listed shares: 4,438,713 shares.
- On July 3, 2013, the Company issued shares to pay dividends to existing shareholders with a number of 614,560 shares, bringing the total charter capital of the Company to 78,487,720,000 VND

- Production of Caustic soda, HCI acid, liquid chlorine, Javen, liquid glass, NPK synthetic fertilizer, detergents and chlorine-based products such as: BaCI2, CaCI2, ZnCI2.
