Foundation history:

The Company's predecessor was Construction Company No. 12, established on October 16, 1979 under Decision No. 1478/QD-Ministry of Construction of the Minister of Construction.
In December 1985, Construction Company No. 12 changed its name to Petroleum Construction Company (under the Ministry of Construction).
In December 2000, Petroleum Construction Company was transferred to be a member of Vietnam Urban and Industrial Park Development Investment Corporation according to Decision No. 1716/QD-Ministry of Construction dated December 6, 2000 of the Minister of Construction
At the end of 2006, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 1426/QD-Ministry of Construction dated October 16, 2006 and Decision No. 1744/QD-Ministry of Construction dated December 14, 2006 approving the equitization plan and issue shares to the outside world.
In January 2007, Petroleum Construction Company equitized IDICO Petroleum Construction Investment Joint Stock Company according to Decision dated December 14, 2006 of the Ministry of Construction
