Establishment History:
- 1972: Post and Telecommunications Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Information Equipment Repair Enterprise I, was established by decision No. 33/QD, January 13, 1972.
- Year 1973-1991: Mainly operating in the field of manufacturing, repairing and maintaining triple load transmission equipment and civil service equipment such as Ampliers, Electrical converters.
- Year 2000: Established the Informatics Center, a premise for developing the System and Software Integration segment, aiming at the business segment in the field of informatics and IT.
- Year 2001: Equitized into Postal Telecommunications and Informatics Joint Stock Company, abbreviated as CT-IN , is a member unit of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, operating in the field of telecommunications and information technology, according to Decision No. 537/QD-TCBD dated July 11, 2001 of the General Director of the General Department of Posts and Telecommunications (now Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group - VNPT). The Company's charter capital when equitized is 10 billion, VNPT's contribution ratio is 35%.
